Are you looking for the perfect gift to give the special people in your life? What if you could give them something they desperately want? We believe the greatest gift is giving the gift of health and well-being.

Common diseases are linked to lifestyle choices. The lifestyle disease epidemic that we are in is robbing people of their loved ones and lives.

Here are 4 simple ideas on how you can give the gift of health this Holiday Season.

A healthier YOU

A healthier you means a better you to show up more energized and present for your loved ones. It will allow you to be there for them year after year and create everlasting memories that you can all unwrap every year.

Invite those you care about to join you on the journey to better health–

Share your goals, challenges, and visions with your family and friends to inspire them to take ownership of their own health and well-being. The gift of your support may be the gift they have been wishing for. Everything is better done together.

Sign up for a class with a loved one

Experiencing something active and outside can be one of the most memorable gifts. Explore local outdoor areas or sign up for a healthy cooking class. Not only do you get to learn something or experience something new, but you can also take the skills and knowledge home and share them with others.

Invest In Rest

Sleep is the single most effective way to reset brain and body health. No matter your age, sleep lays a strong foundation to support mental and physical health. As a society, we tend to let our precious sleep hours slip away when life gets busy. As a family, set your sleep priorities and make it number one on the to-do list. If anyone in your family is struggling with sleep, Sleep Remedy is an all-natural, effective way to ensure your body has the essential nutrients it needs to initiate its natural sleep cycle. Staying healthy through the holidays– Tips from Doc Parsley

Sleep- Most importantly, focus on getting good sleep, if you can make this happen, all other tips become less necessary. Your immune system and energy levels will thank you.

Nutrition- If eating refined carbs, consume as far away from bedtime as possible. High blood sugar spiked cause a reverse crash in brain sugar, firing up stress hormones this affects your sleep.

Alcohol- The same rules apply with booze- drink it as far away from bedtime as you can. Alternate each drink with at least 8 ounces of water to decrease acidity in your blood and help you sleep later.

Exercise- If you are worn out, save your intense workout for another day. Activity is still important( especially after indulging in refined carbs) but you risk crushing yourself metabolically if you push yourself too hard.

Breathing- Deep diaphragmatic breathing decreases stress hormones and plays a major part in regulating your lymphatic system. Do it whenever you can to boost your happiness and health levels
